Department Function: The state-sponsored Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Anudan Yojana aims to provide financial assistance to vulnerable groups such as destitute individuals, visually impaired, physically disabled, and people suffering from severe diseases. It also supports destitute widows, abandoned women, and Devadasis

• Shravanbal Seva State Pension Scheme for elderly individuals.
• Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme for women below the poverty line.
• Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme for differently-abled persons

1. Age: 18 to 65 years
2. Residency: Must have been a Maharashtra resident for at least 15 years
3. Income: Family income up to ₹21,000/- annually (₹50,000/- for disabled beneficiaries)
4. Required Documents: Birth certificate, residency proof, disability certificate (minimum 40%), etc.
5. Monthly Benefit: ₹1,500/-

2. Residency and Income: Similar to the above scheme.
3. Monthly Benefit: ₹1,500/-.

2. Family must be below the poverty line
3. Monthly Benefit: ₹300/- (central government) + ₹1,200/- (state government)

2. At least 80% disability with proof
3. Monthly Benefit: ₹300/- (central government) + ₹1,200/- (state government)

1. For families below the poverty line, where the primary earning member (aged 18–59 years) has passed away
2. One-time financial assistance: ₹20,000/-

1. Age: 65+ years
2. Family must be below the poverty line
3. Monthly Benefit: ₹200/- (from the central government) + ₹1,300/- (from the state government)
